摘要：本文介绍了被动式措施在某企业总部绿色建筑设计中应用。该项目在建筑设计本身通过对建筑造型、建筑布局的把控，优化建筑的风、光环境，使建筑融入自然环境，最大限度减少对资源和能源的消耗。

Abstract: This paper introduces the application of passive measures in a corporate headquarters in the green building designing. Based on the control of architectural modeling and building layout, optimize the environment of building wind and light, make the building into the natural environment, minimizing the consumption of resources and energy.

1 项目概况

本工程位于江苏省南京市，项目总用地面积 12.5万平方米，总建设用地面积11.3万平方米。总建筑面积24万平方米。地上建筑9层，为总部办公及会议。地下两层，包括员工餐厅、厨房、活动中心及配套车库。
