英：Graduated from HEBEI University in 1963.Is engaged in building thermal performance research.Is the draftsman of <JGJ 144－2004 Technical specification for external thermal insulation on walls>and <JGJ 132－2001 Standard for energy efficiency inspection of heating residential buildings>and others.At present ,is the member of National Standardization Technical Committee for thermal insulation materials.

中：1963年河北大学毕业，从事建筑热工研究。主要起草《JGJ144－2004外墙外保温工程技术规程》和《JGJ132－2001采暖居住建筑节能检验标准》等多本标准。现任全国绝热材料标准化技术委员会委员。

英：Three misunderstandings of thermal insulation materials are described.These misunderstandings are:1. EPS board does not absorb water;2. Thermal insulating paint can be  used for building envelope insulation in summer,and in winter as well;3.XPS board is moisture impermeable,so losing the wall’s breath.

中：本文指出了对常用绝热材料的三个认识误区, 误区1：EPS板不吸水; 误区2：“保温隔热涂料”冬季保温，夏季隔热; 误区3：XPS板不透汽，妨碍了外墙的“呼吸作用”，并加以论证。
