英：In this presentation, Prof. Wu will analyses the importance of Preserved Building eco-renovation, and explore the methods of it, then introduce the Eco-Renovation project of Wenyuan Building on the Campus of Tongji University, which in accordance to the <Beijing Declaration> adopted on the ‘1st International Conference on Intelligent Green and Energy Efficient Building & New Technologies’

中：在分析中国现有建筑生态改建的现实需求的基础上，探索了历史文化建筑生态更新的方法，并介绍了同济大学响应《北京宣言》号召，对文远楼历史建筑进行生态更新的项目，旨在为我国保护建筑的绿色节能更新改造建立一个范例和探索实践，为在过去20年建设大量高耗能建筑的绿色节能改建作好技术探索准备。
