摘要:探索如何对历史保护建筑进行节能绿色改建,具有重要的社会实践意义,成为一项技术要求复杂的探索和课题。2005年,同济大学响应“首届国际智能与绿色建筑技术研讨会”通过的《北京宣言》的号召,决定对著名的包豪斯风格的同济大学文远楼进行绿色节能的技术更新,旨在为我国保护建筑的绿色节能更新改造建立一个范例和探索实践,并为在过去20年建设大量高耗能建筑的绿色节能改建作好技术探索准备。我们从2005年开始筹划本项目,建立了一支多学科组合的中国专家技术梯队,与德国、英国和美国最优秀和最富有经验的专家一起紧密合作,同时还在发达国家的众多公司一起进行技术运用的实施互动,完成了一套综合节能建筑技术系统应用于整体更新改造过程中。目前该项目已经在20年国际经验的基础上,在整合国际厂商最新产品的组合条件下进入了施工的最后阶段。
Abstract: With its remarkable Bauhaus Style the Wenyuan Building on the Campus of Tongji University is one of the most significant preserved buildings of the modernism architecture in China. 2005 Tongji University decided to renovate it with new energy saving technologies in accordance to the <Beijing Declaration> adopted on the ‘1st International Conference on Intelligent Green and Energy Efficient Building & New Technologies’. A comprehensive team of respective faculties of Tongji University cooperated with experts from German, Britain and USA has worked out a complex systematic energy saving concept. The goal is to establish an example project for building preservation as well as energy efficiency of building renovation, especially for the buildings of high-energy consume made in the last decades.
