Background

　　“The Fifth International Conference on Intelligent, Green and Energy-Efficient Building & New Technologies and Products Expo” will be held on 27th –29th March, 2009, which organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, P.R. China, aiming at implementing the strategies of energy conservation & emission reduction emphasized by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, building an environmental friendly society and pushing the sound development of Chinese intelligent, green and energy-efficient building.

　　It takes “Implementing the Concept of Scientific Development and Accelerating the Process of Building Energy Efficiency” as its theme.
