Brief Introduction to the Conference

The International Conference on Intelligent, Green and Energy-efficient Building & New Technologies and Products Expo, initiated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, P. R. China, and co-hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission of China, Ministry of Science and Technology, P. R. China and Ministry of Environmental Protection, P.R. China, together with related international governments, organizations and associations, is an international event of great significance. It was initiated in 2005, and has been successfully held for four sessions. And the 5th International Conference on Intelligent, Green and Energy-efficient Building & New Technologies and Products Expo will be held from March 27th to 29th, 2009, in Beijing, China.

Paper Collection

·Submission Deadline:  December 15, 2008

·A collection of accepted papers for the conference will be published by China Architecture & Building Press.

· Full papers should be submitted at igbcbeijing@sina.com or dost-moc@mail.cin.gov.cn.

·Papers will be accepted based on quality, originality and relevance to the conference themes.

·Papers will be collected and reviewed by Chinese Society for Urban Studies and Organizing Committee of the conference.

·Authors of best papers will be invited to present their papers at a session of the conference.
