摘 要： 本文在回顾绿色建筑的发展中提出了绿色建筑设计的理念和宗旨为在绿色建筑评价标准的框架下，在保证功能、美观、安全、舒适的前提下，使全寿命周期内的投资回报率达到最佳，并提出了建筑设计行业为适应绿色建筑发展而面临的困难和应对措施，最后文章以一个实例说明绿色建筑设计理念在建筑设计中的应用实践。

Abstract: This paper proposed green building design philosophy and purpose during reviewing development of green building. Green building design philosophy and purpose is that in the framework of the evaluation criteria of green building and the assurance of function, beautiful, safe, comfortable, green building can achieve the best return on investment on the full life cycle. The paper also proposed the difficulties faced by the architectural design industry and response measures in order to adapt the development of green building.Finally the paper described an example for explaining application of green building design concepts in architectural design practice.

1 前言

自2006年我国发布“绿色建筑评价标准”以来，我国绿色建筑的发展已经历2006-2007年的启蒙阶段，2008-2010年的起步阶段，2011-2012的发展初级阶段三个阶段。

这个阶段，绿色建筑的理念也被社会各界广泛认同，大型房地产开发企业，如万科、万达等都提出各自的绿色建筑发展目标；大型建筑施工企业，如中国建筑、上海建工等也纷纷提出了绿色施工、装配式住宅的概念，希望在施工环节能够节约资源、保护环境；大型建筑设计院，科研机构更是绿色建筑理念的先行者，除了完善设计标准，如节能设计标准、节水设计标准等方面之外，还纷纷成立绿色建筑的专门机构，以促进技术革新和产业升级。

随着国家住建部和财政部的财建[2012]167号文的发布，绿色建筑将进入第四阶段，即快速发展阶段，绿色建筑的理念将真正渗透进入建筑行业的各个领域，不仅包括设计，施工，还包括规划、物业运维、检测、招投标、概预算、建筑产品、部品、材料、以及建筑管理等各个方面，绿色理念将成为市场竞争的核心要素。
